★The picture shows the automatic transmission and cycling of flux recovery system. The entire system from is composed by LT-HS100E1 flux recovery& transmitting machine, LT-150SHL flux feeding machine and LT-DAY-A air drying machine.
★The system is controlled by PLC which can automatically complete continuous flux recovery, conveying, dust-removal, level detection alarm lamp. It is applicable for welding and welding of large parts which can meet the demands of large flux consumption and the time-consuming welding works which demand uninterrupted material supplies.
★The matching dryer can remove the moisture in high-temperature environment which can ensure the best quality of welding.
★Thermal insulation device can be added base on customers’ needs in LTHS100E1 and LT-150SHL. It can make intelligent temperature control on accurate temperature which can prevent the water which is generated by cooling flux and then affect the effects of welding. We have two options of silica gel and electric heating.
