1, air pollution control equipment
(1) ESP
Focus on supporting the development of 600mw and above ESP unit to meet emission requirements 50mg/Nm3 ESP, ESP, and special applications. Product energy, materials, and efficient.
(2), coal-fired power plant baghouse
Optimization of structural design and engineering to improve the filter temperature, oxidation, wear, corrosion and other performance and service life, developing self-owned large-scale pulse valve to achieve the system automatically clear the dust, detection, alarm, over-temperature protection , by optimizing the design to achieve a reasonable consumption of steel to meet the plant needs.
(3) 300MW and above units supporting limestone (lime) - coal-gypsum flue gas desulfurization equipment
Localization rate of 100%. Focus on developing high-capacity corrosion resistant slurry circulation pump, high air tightness layer damper, efficient hydrocyclone separators, vacuum belt dryer and ancillary equipment, pressure spray nozzles, mist eliminators, heat exchange system, mixing equipment, large-capacity fan dry desulfurization, desulfurization DCS system control software, key parts of the valves and other key special equipment and products. To further improve the quality and reliability of critical equipment, and vigorously promote the autonomy of wet FGD technology, to achieve localization of desulfurization equipment to create the conditions.
(4), coal fired power plant flue gas denitrification equipment
Digested by the introduction of technology innovation or self-development, development of SCR (selective catalytic reduction process) gas denitrification technology and complete sets of equipment, focusing on developing special catalysts and key equipment. Denitrification equipment and materials and strive to the localization rate of 80% or more.
